Need help with setting up group

I’m setting up a group and could really use some help from the Zenkai Online community! I want to make sure it looks super neat and organized, but I’m a little stuck on a few things.

How do you guys usually set up your groups to keep everything looking clean and easy to navigate? Any tips or tricks you could share would be amazing!
What are the exact size dimensions for cover photos and profile pictures? I want to make sure everything fits perfectly and looks just right.
