Discontinuation of Zenkai Group Forums
Dear Zenkai Online Community,
As we continue to refine and enhance the experience we offer on Zenkai Online, we have made the strategic decision to discontinue Zenkai Group Forums. This decision was not made lightly, but after careful consideration, we believe this change will allow us to better allocate our resources, improve site efficiency, and maintain a more professional and streamlined platform.
Why Are We Making This Change?
Over time, we have observed that Group Forums, while useful in some cases, have led to the fragmentation of discussions and a dilution of engagement across multiple areas of the site. By consolidating our community interactions, we can foster a more unified and engaging experience for all members. Here are some key reasons for this transition:
- Resource Optimization: Maintaining separate group forums requires additional server resources and moderation efforts. By removing them, we can dedicate our resources to enhancing more impactful areas of the site.
- Professional and Cohesive Community Structure: A cluttered site structure can make navigation confusing and overwhelming. By streamlining our discussion areas, we aim to create a more polished and professional environment.
- Enhanced User Engagement Through Status Updates: Instead of relying on separate group discussions, members can now utilize status updates to engage with their respective groups and communities in a more dynamic and interactive way. Status updates allow for quick conversations, immediate visibility, and increased interaction compared to the slower, more fragmented nature of group forum discussions.
What Does This Mean for the Zenkai Online Community?
While Group Forums will no longer be available, regular Zenkai Forums will remain fully operational. These forums will continue to serve as the central hub for in-depth discussions, announcements, and community interactions. We encourage all members to shift their discussions to the main forums and use status updates for group-related conversations and social interactions.
We understand that change can sometimes be challenging, but we are confident that this transition will lead to a more cohesive and interactive community. Our goal is to provide the best experience possible for all Z’ers, and we believe that these adjustments will help us achieve that vision.

Your input is invaluable to us, and we want to hear from you! If you have any questions, concerns, or suggestions regarding this change, please feel free to share them. Our team is always open to community feedback, and we appreciate your continued support as we work to enhance Zenkai Online.

Best regards,
