All reports should be filed as soon as the Abuse/Harassment occurs. Filing reports when the situation occurs not only helps us to make sure the issue is quickly addressed and you get assistance, but that the abusers can be stopped and cannot continue abusing other members of Zenkai.
Please provide accurate and detailed responses to all questions asked in the report. Read each section carefully before responding, and do not leave any of the question response fields blank. As well, please enter as much information as you can about the situation – responses such as “idk” can make it difficult for us to investigate properly and may delay the resolution of your report.
Please make sure to include proof of the Abuse/Harassment that occurred. In order to take action against an abuser for harassment, we need to see proof of the abuse. Proof can include things such as reports of private messages or comments, reports of text transcripts of conversations, reports of abusive images sent to you by the abuser, etc.
The information you provide in this report must, to the best of your knowledge, be truthful. We take issues of Abuse /Harassment very seriously on Zenkai, and filing false reports of abuse is not only damaging to the reputation of another member, it wastes the resources of the people investigating the matter – time that could be better spent assisting with real issues. Knowingly filing false Abuse/Harassment is, in itself, a form of harassment.
Do not file multiple reports about the same incident.
